Sobre a Bravasi

A Bravasi é uma empresa que nasceu a partir de uma proposta de inovação tecnológica empreendedora e que se remodelou para a produção de lúpulo na região de Umuarama/PR.

O projeto de implantação da produção de lúpulo iniciou-se em 2024 e atualmente está na fase final de instalação da estrutura física de produção agrícola e beneficiamento. A produção agrícola conta com 1.900 plantas em 7.000 m2, com as variedades Cascade e Magnum. Na segunda fase do projeto ocorrerá a expansão para o total de 10.000 m2, seguida pelas terceira e quarta fases, atingindo o total final de 50.000 m2 de plantio, com expectativa de 12.000 plantas.

A produção anual estimada para o primeiro ano é de uma tonelada de lúpulo peletizado e no final da quarta fase de implantação espera-se atingir a produção anual de 12 toneladas por ano de cones de lúpulo peletizados.

A Bravasi está investindo em 177 m2 na unidade de beneficiamento, que contará com as etapas de pelação, secagem e peletização, com armazenamento do estoque refrigerado a 1 ºC.
